Supervisors/Managers:
Train, direct, & lead multiple crews to perform quality work, meet efficiency goals, & operate safely.
$32K-$48K/annually
Sprinkler Technicians:
Activate/winterize, repair, & manage sprinkler systems to efficiently water landscapes. $12-$16/hr
Professional Applicators:
Apply fertilizers & manage insects/diseases on lawns, trees, & other landscape areas.
$13-$16/hr
Pruning Foremen/Arborists:
Lead crew of 1-2 people to trim trees & shear shrubs. $13-$17/hr
Mow Crew Leaders:
Lead crew of 1-2 people to mow, trim, edge, blow, & pull weeds. $11-$13/hr
Mow Crew Technicians:
Perform basic mow duties on commercial landscapes. $9-$10/hr
Flower Professionals:
Design, install, & maintain annual/perennial flowers. $10-$14/hr

These jobs are 40+ hours/week.
Year-round employment & full benefits are available. Must have a current, valid Idaho driver’s license & and insurable driving record. Experience & certifications preferred but training is available. Opportunities for advancement at all levels.
